I had the great good fortune to meet Tom McAuliffe in December of last year at which time he started working with me as my personal trainer. I am a 75 year old man with several painful back conditions: scoliosis and lordosis to name just two. After receiving a letter of authorization from my pain management doctor, he began to work on me three times a week, teaching me many wonderful exercises to strengthen my body and in particular my lower back area.

Tom is an excellent trainer and the ultimate professional who is flexible, organized and detail-oriented, while being concerned about each person’s overall well-being. For each workout session, Tom develops a unique workout routine. The 1 ½ hour session includes cardio warm-up, free weights, ball, bands and weight machines, finishing with abdominal work. Tom supervises closely each aspect of the workout gauging each individual’s progress, stamina, breathing and physical techniques. I would highly recommend Tom to you for your training program. Tom evaluated what I needed after three years of very little exercise and recommended three workout sessions per week. My sense of general well-being improved immediately after I began Tom’s suggested program in November 2006. Friends and colleagues have commented on how toned and energetic I am.
